Hi, I’m Paridhi Mehra, founder of HappiNest and proud mom to my little one, Advik, who is 3.5 years old. Like many parents, I didn’t have it all figured out from the start. Parenting has been a journey of learning, growth, and sometimes, trial and error. I’ve faced moments of doubt and discovery, and through it all, I’ve built confidence in raising my child with intention and love.

Now, as a parenting coach, I’m here to help guide other new moms who are taking those early steps in their parenting journey. My aim is to share practical tools, encouragement, and support so that you can feel empowered and joyful in your parenting experience.
